Privacy
The request form collects what matching and a quote require: who you are, when you're coming, what you're considering, and how to reach you. It is used for exactly that, and for nothing else. This page says so in detail, plainly.
What you type into the request form: your name, country of residence, the Korea-residence answer, approximate travel dates, what you're considering, preferred language, group size, and a contact channel. Gender and age range exist only so we can match you with an unni you'll be comfortable with; gender is optional and accepts "prefer not to say".
Matching you with an unni and building your plan and quote. Not marketing lists, not resale, not profiling. Clinics see what a booking requires: your name, the plan, the dates. Nothing else you sent us.
No social widgets, no chat popup, and no reviews or ratings of any kind. We count visits with Google Analytics to see which pages actually help people; outside the EEA and UK its advertising signals are switched on too, so Google can measure how our ads perform.
It starts switched off: all four consent signals are denied before the Google script loads, on every visit. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the banner grants analytics only — the advertising signals stay denied there. Everywhere else, after your first page, analytics and the three advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are granted together.
Whether we ask you before switching it on depends on where you are, and it is only fair to say which. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland a banner appears first and nothing is written to your device until you answer it. That is the law there, declining is a real choice, and it sticks. Everywhere else the law asks us to tell you rather than to interrupt you, so this page is the telling and measurement begins after your first page loads. Either way you can turn it off from any country, with the button below.
Everything else on this page — your request, your contact details — is untouched by analytics. It never goes to Google.
To our own request endpoint. No third-party form processors sit between you and us. Your request lives in our booking pipeline for as long as it takes to answer and, if you book, to complete the trip and its follow-up.
The optional fields are genuinely optional. To have a request corrected or deleted, write to us on the same channel you gave us. We act on it, not on a form buried three pages deep.
The site is operated by DYPHI. The mailing address and privacy contact for formal requests will be published here before launch, and the request pipeline itself goes live at launch too. Until then this page states intended practice, not yet the statutory notice. Last checked: 30 July 2026.
